This mobile equipment basically developed for prime coat of bitumen on WMM road surfaces and tack coat on old asphalt 2 paver surfaces . It uniformly sprays hot bitumen or emulsion in exact prescribed quantity Kg/Mt As Per Specifications Laid By IRC OF MoRTH. Capacity Range Available.

Components of Bitumen Sprayer:

> Fully Insulated (Galvanised/S.S. Sheet) bitumen tank fitted with automat burner for eatn te bitume at required temperature.

> Bitumen Puping system comprising of positive displacement gear pump, bitumen lnes and valves.

> 25 HP Air Cooled two cylinder Engine

> Air Compressor

> Foldable spray bar with basic width 2.5 mtr. and extendable up to 4.2 mtr.. is fitted with pneumatically operated and easily adjustable nozzles placed at standard pitch of 225 mm. Spray bar delivers bitumen at ranging from 0-6 kg/sqm.

> Manual hand spraying attachment.

> Controls: The spraying system incorporates some of the best controls in terms of automation aanopeions well as maintenance making the equipment very rugged, easy to use & maintain. The automation provided is based on the parameters of asphalt required per unit area for a given job and the required flow of asphalt is controlled automatic based on the speed of the truck.

> Cleaning system to avoid clogging after use.
