Mobility: 

Designed to be transported between different construction sites using trailers, providing flexibility for various projects.

Continuous Mixing: 

Unlike batch plants, a drum mix plant continuously feeds cold materials into a rotating drum where they are heated and mixed with bitumen and filler to produce hot asphalt.

Integrated System: 

The plant is typically mounted on a few trailers, with Trailer No. 1 often containing the cold aggregate feeder, thermo-drum unit, burner, and primary dust collector, while Trailer No. 2 includes the bitumen tank and control cabin.

Automated Controls: 

Features a computerized control panel for precise monitoring and control of the production process.

Asphalt Mixer: 

The core component is the drum, which heats and mixes the materials in a continuous, seamless flow.

Bitumen Tank: 

A fully insulated bitumen tank stores the bitumen, with a jacketed bitumen pump and metering system.

A primary dust collector is included to manage dust generated during the process.
